Biotherapy reverses chemotherapy resistance

Morbidity of malignant tumor is rising year after year. Drug resistance represents a limiting factor for successful cancer chemotherapy. Numerous efforts have been made to develop strategies for reversal and/or modulation of this major therapy obstacle . Several approaches have been launched, in which biotherapy including adoptive immunotherapy, cytokine, molecular targeted drugs and gene technology has shown a broad prospect.
