Inspections of 164 patients showed efficiency of active work of the medical personnel at out-patient and polyclinic stage of treatment in the form of augmentation of knowledge of the patient, use of methods of medical physical culture with gradual expansion of a range of exercises and formation of higher endurance, along with keeping the reception of the medicinal preparations that enters into standards of treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and having proved the efficiency, on formation of resistant commitment to performance of appointments at the patient in aspect of medicamental and non-drug approaches to medical process regardless of a restoration method of bloodstream of the damaged myocardium. Besides, the obtained data confirm expediency of performing a recovery stage of treatment of the patient in the conditions of specialized units that allows to improve the most authentically commitment of the patient to treatment and, as a result, to make a contribution to process of secondary prophylaxis of cardiovascular pathology; to affect the further forecast of the patient.
