Method for manufacturing nano wire grid polarizer

PURPOSE: A nano wire grid polarizer manufacturing method is provided to use a nano imprint mold and to fill a nano metal particle in the nano pattern by hydrophilizing and hydrophobizing the surface of the nano pattern and autonomously aligning a metal paste or a nano metal ink in the nano pattern, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process, reducing manufacturing costs and implementing excellent productivity. CONSTITUTION: A nano wire grid polarizer manufacturing method includes following steps. In a nano pattern forming step, a nano pattern is formed by pressurizing thermosetting resins in a nano imprint mold after coating the thermosetting resins on a glass substrate(110). In a nano pattern processing step, the upper part of the nano pattern is hydrophobized, and the inside of the nano pattern is hydrophilized. In a nano metal particle filling step, a nano metal particle is filled inside the nano pattern. In a nano wire grid polarizer forming step, a nano wire grid polarizer(150) is formed by removing the nano pattern.
