A happy ending in the case of a careless pregnant woman after kidney transplantation

: A successful delivery of a woman after kidney transplantation who had completely neglected prenatal care is described. PGE2 anal suppository was successfully administered during the delivery to make the cervix more susceptible. Problems connected with pregnancy after kidney transplant are discussed. Psychological consultation should be included in perinatal care.
