Nitrile rubber-resistant low-temperature lubricating grease

The present invention relates to lubricating grease, and particularly to nitrile rubber-resistant low-temperature lubricating grease. The technical scheme of the present invention is that nitrile rubber-resistant low-temperature lubricating grease is prepared by base oil, a thickener, an antioxidant and a rust inhibitor in a mass ratio (86.3%-91%): (8.3%-13%): 0.5%: 0.2%; and the base oil consists of poly-alpha-olefin synthetic base oil and ester oil in a mass ratio of (50%-60%): (40%-50%). The nitrile rubber-resistant low-temperature lubricating grease provided by the present invention solves the problem that the consistency of synthetic hydrocarbon lubricating grease on the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber is poor, and meanwhile, the low-temperature lubricating grease satisfies the usage temperature range of -60 DEG C to 120 DEG C. The low-temperature lubricating grease can be applied to various precision instruments, ball bearings with light loads and high speed, and contact surface between a metal and a rubber, and plays roles of lubricating and sealing.
