Energy-saving device for preventing idling stalling of four-stroke H24 engine

2016
The invention relates to an energy-saving device for preventing idling stalling of a four-stroke H24 engine and belongs to the technical field of power machinery. The energy-saving device comprises an output shaft of the four-stroke H24 engine, wherein 24 air cylinders are distributed on two sides of a crankshaft and move horizontally leftwards and rightwards, the output shaft rotates by 360 degrees to produce 12 cycles of torque ripples, a combined permanent magnet device for enhancing negative torque ripples is arranged on an output shaft between the four-stroke H24 engine and a flywheel and comprises a rotating permanent magnet assembly fixed on the output shaft of the engine and a fixed permanent magnet assembly fixed on a rack to be matched with rotating permanent magnets, the rotating permanent magnet assembly comprises 24 permanent magnets which are arranged circumferentially alternately and are equal in size and opposite in polarity, the fixed permanent magnet assembly comprises 24 permanent magnets which are arranged circumferentially alternately and are equal in size and opposite in polarity, and magnetic force lines penetrate through air gaps between the rotating permanent magnet assembly and the fixed permanent magnet assembly to produce permanent magnet torque ripples.
