Aplicación móvil como herramienta didáctica para realizar educación sobre el etiquetado nutricional y su papel en la prevención de enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles

This work develops a proposal of mobile app as a didactic strategy of Mobile Learning through the method of nutritional signaling, to carry out education on nutritional labeling for nutrition students, families, health professionals and consumers, facilitating the reading of the nutritional labeling or mark from the high, moderate and low classification with the colors red, yellow and green respectively, of the contribution of the main nutrients related to the development of chronic noncommunicable diseases (CNCD) such as sodium, sugar and total fat so that the purchase of food is carried out in an informed, practical and easily accessible way for the population. In conclusion, the mobile app proposal stipulated in the this work will allow to identify the content of the nutrients of the processed and ultraprocessed products from the recognition of the nutritional labeling as a didactic strategy to make education under a constructivist approach.
