Design of online detection system for slow clutch noise

The slow clutch vibration generated in operation contains a lot of fault information,such as processing,installation and damages.Based on the industrial control computer and PCI high-speed data acquisition card as the core,high precision accelerometer as the peripheral devices,this essay designs the online detection system for the slow clutch noise,puts forward with the application of wavelet packet to the vibration signal decomposed and reconstructed.It realizes the faulty diagnosis to the slow clutch.The practical application results show that this method can be effectively used on slow clutch faulty detection.
