Method for producing m-diethylaminophenol through one-pot method
2017
The invention provides a method for producing m-diethylaminophenol through a one-pot method. The method comprises: 1) taking a container, feeding a catalyst and diethylamine, stirring and cooling to a temperature of 0-5 DEG C, adding o-chlorophenol in a dropwise manner, heating until diethylamine refluxes after completing the adding, maintaining the refluxing state, and continuously carrying out a reaction until o-chlorophenol completely reacts; and 2) after completing the reaction, recovering diethylamine, adding toluene after completing the recovery, stirring and cooling to a temperature of less than 0 DEG C, adding water in a dropwise manner, carrying out a quenching reaction, adjusting the pH value of the water layer to a neutral state after completing the quenching reaction, separating the liquid, carrying out water washing on the organic layer, recovering the toluene in the organic layer, carrying out pressure reducing distillation, and collecting the m-diethylaminophenol finished product. According to the present invention, the one-pot method is used, the o-chlorophenol unsalable on the market is used as the raw material to react with diethylamine, and sodium oxide is adopted as the catalyst; and the method has advantages of short reaction time, high product purity, high yield, and significant economic value.
