The invention relates to a production device of a heat molding and water cooling process of uniform-section boron steel pipes. The production device is characterized by comprising a pressure machine, wherein a heat molding mold is mounted in the pressure machine; sealing heads are arranged at two ends of the heat molding mold; the front ends of the sealing heads are in contact with uniform-section boron steel pipe workpieces; the rear ends of the sealing heads are connected with an axial hydraulic system; cold water channels are arranged in the centers of the sealing heads; the front ends of the cold water channels are communicated with the interiors of the boron steel pipe workpieces; the rear ends of the cold water channels are connected with an axial water cooling system; the axial water cooling system comprises a water cooler and a water storage tank; the water inlet end of the water cooler is connected with the water storage tank; the water outlet end of the water cooler is connected with one end of each cold water channel of each sealing head; the other end of each cold water channel is connected with a water discharging pipeline; a pressure regulation valve and a temperature measuring instrument are respectively arranged on the water inlet pipeline and the water outlet pipeline. The production device of the heat molding and water cooling process of the uniform-section boron steel pipes is capable of producing workpieces with material mechanical strength of 1500MPa and invariable section shape and perimeter.
