Status quo of construction and management of Dujiatai flood diversion and storage area and countermea sures

Due to the special geographical location of Dujiatai flood diversion and storage area,it is put into operation most frequently and therefore is the most important flood diversion and storage area in the flood control for middle and lower of Changjiang River,especially for the flood control of Jianghan plain and Wuhan City.As the Hubei Hanjiang River Channel Administration Bureau is a newly founded unit,and without special fund and staffs,which delayed the construction and administration work.According to the construction and management status quo of the dike project,we point out the main existed problems,analyze the causes of the problems and put forward the countermeasures.
