Expressions of angiopoietin-like protein 1 in endometrial carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance
2020
Objective
To investigate the expression of angiopoietin-like protein 1 (ANGPTL1) in endometrial carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance.
Methods
The clinical data of 94 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted in Zhumadian Central Hospital from June 2011 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The specimens of tumor tissues were obtained by surgery and the expression of ANGPTL1 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The microvessel density (MVD), tumor major diameter, tumor stage of tumor specimens and survival time of patients with different ANGPTL1 expressions were analyzed, and indicators with significant differences were included in Spearman correlation coefficient model to analyze its correlation with expression of ANGPTL1.
Results
There were significant differences in MVD, tumor T stage and survival time among patients with different ANGPTL1 expressions (P 0.05). The MVD and tumor T stage of tumor specimens were significantly negatively correlated with ANGPTL1 expression in endometrial carcinoma tissues (r 0, P<0.05).
Conclusions
The expression of ANGPTL1 in endometrial carcinoma tissues is closely related to the tumor biological behaviors and prognosis. Early detection can provide valuable reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
