Interactive packaging food with microwave energy

Container (1100, 1200) microwave heating, comprising: a first component (1102, 1202), dimensionally stable, to receive a food item, the first component comprising a base, a top panel (1108), a pair of panels side (1114) defining an interior space for receiving the food item, and a number of support elements (1142), in which, at least, the base, includes material (1162, 1204, 1208) energy interactive microwave, and a tear line for separating the first component into a first segment (1164) and a second segment (1166), including each of the first segment and the second segment a respective part of the top panel, a respective portion of side panels and a respective portion of the base; and a second flexible component (1104, 1204) sized to receive the first component comprising the second interactive material component with microwave energy, the second component including a first panel (1130, 1134) to be below the first component and a the second panel (1108) to be above the first component, comprising each of the first panel and the second panel interactive material to microwave energy of the second panel, wherein the interactive material to microwave energy of the first panel the second component and interactive material to microwave energy of the first component are configured to be in an overlapping below the food item configuration and interactive material to microwave energy of the second panel of the second component is configured to be above the food item.
