Magnesium-smelting reducer with vertical reducing chamber and continuous charger and relevant technological process

Inside the cuboid furnace, are two parts, mangesium-smelling reducing chamber and heating chember, of refractory material and metal material. The reducing chamber has sealing feeder at its top, magnesium vapour condensator and magnesium discharger in its middle part, and sealed slag exhausting device at its lower part. The heating chamber utilizes one of three kinds of fuel: coal, oil and gas. The melting process is performed in completely sealed state, and the said furnace has high production efficiency and heat utilization rate as well as low iron content in magnesium product and low production cost.
