Experimental Study on Adsorptive Dehumidification of Fixed Bed with Specific Structure

In this paper,13X molecular sieve was taken as the adsorbent to carry out the experimental study on the adsorptive dehumidification performance of fixed bed with specific structure.Through the measurement of temperature and relative humidity of three test points inside the fixed bed,the water resolution and adsorption of adsorbent at each test point in the regeneration and adsorption processes were analyzed.The results shown that after the air with the temperature of 25 ℃,relative humidity of 60% and air volume of 2 500 m3/h was heated to 60 ℃ and sent to the bed for regeneration,during the whole regeneration process,the resolution rate of adsorbent at the rear section of fixed bed in mean unit time was 10.6 g/kg dry air,which was 1.93 times and 2.23 times of the front and middle sections of the bed,respectively.As for the air with the temperature of 23 ℃,relative humidity of 90% and air volume of 1 500 m3/h in the adsorption balance,the unit time dehumidification capacity of the adsorbent at the rear section of fixed bed was 9.51 g/kg dry air,which was 2.87 times and 3.51times of the front and middle sections of the bed,respectively,the dehumidification effect of adsorbent at the rear section of fixed bed was more prominent.
