Natuur en landbouw verbinden : Achtergrondstudie bij de Tweede Lerende Evaluatie Natuurpact

This technical report discusses the research behind the findings and information on the role of agriculture in developing and maintaining the national ecological network presented in the Evaluation of the Nature Pact 2020, focusing on the ambitions in the Nature Pact for linking nature and economy and halting the decline in biodiversity, specifically in relation to the objectives of the national ecological network. The aim was to gain insight into how the provincial governments involve the agricultural sector in the realisation of the national ecological network, to assess the extent to which these approaches align with the characteristics and trends in agriculture, and to identify future directions the provinces can pursue for linking agriculture into the national ecological network.
