The pursuit of excellence, the quality, and the client’s satisfaction at the moment of providing them with services, in a shorter time, demands that the Enterprises adopt frameworks and good practices in order to meet the client’s expectations. This project focuses on designing and implementing a web application to check in the CASABACA’s damaged vehicles efficiently and in a shorter time, determining the arrangements, inputs, and minimum requirements that they will need in order to fulfill the client’s necessities. The development of this project is presented in six chapters, explained as follows: In Chapter 1, we see the mission and vision statements of CASABACA Enterprise; then, we state the problem and the objectives that will be necessary in order to fulfill the purpose of this project. In Chapter 2, we will analyze some basic concepts regarding the architecture and methodology that will be implemented in order to develop the web application. In Chapter 3, we will collect data regarding the processes of the enterprise that are necessary in order to report any sort of damage. In Chapter 4, we will implement the methodology that has been selected for the development of the web application. We will begin with the communication with the client, the planning, risk assessment, engineering, building and adaptation, and we will finish with tests to obtain feedback from the users, all this with the objective of finding the biggest amount possible of drawbacks, so that the web application can accomplish the objectives for which it was created. In Chapter 5, we will do tests on mobile devices. In Chapter 6, we present the conclusions and recommendations that we obtained during the execution and development of this certification project, focusing on the accomplished results and, above all, on the benefits that we acquired.
