ОБ ОСОБЕННОСТЯХ ОЦЕНКИ И УПРАВЛЕНИЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТЬЮ СУБЪЕКТА ХОЗЯЙСТВОВАНИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ РЫНКА

Competitiveness evaluation is quite a little developed question especially in the formation of the competitiveness evaluation rating system meeting requirements of modern stage of development; effective model creation of its integrated evaluation and comparative analysis; development and substantiation of a specific scientific strategy of the economic player competitiveness improving in conditions of growing competition. In this article an attempt to evaluate competitiveness of consumer cooperative system is made and possible ways of its control are suggested. To resolve the dilemma of approaching to the system competitiveness evaluation: as to the infrastructure element of the market environment, being the main force in the formation of republican good circulation or to the multispectoral subject of market relations it is necessary to take into account social and economic peculiarities of consumer cooperatives determined their competitiveness in many ways. We should note that competitiveness is so many-sided economic category that it cannot be expressed in any single indicator. It should be evaluated quantitatively by the system of indicators and studied systematically affecting economic and social aspects of its activity. So developed indicator system consists of two subsystems: indicators characterizing economic state of the system and indicators characterizing social orientation of the consumer cooperative activity. The resource component consists of following block of indicators: indicators of financial situation evaluation (financial stability), indicators of the state evaluation of internal strategic potential and efficiency of its application, indicators of business activity evaluation. Evaluation of the competitiveness market component should be made according to following groups of indicators: indicators of the trade quality evaluation, indicators of the system image and ease of doing business evaluation. Such evaluation can serve as a guideline at making managerial decisions on the part of investors, government bodies, local authorities, market counterparties in the development of the effective strategy of operation and management.
