Carbon dioxide absorbent and method for separating out carbon dioxide by using same

The present invention relates to: a carbon dioxide absorbent, which can greatly reduce energy through a small latent heat that is necessary during the regeneration of an absorbent, can improve a carbon dioxide absorption rate, prevents thermal modification even at a high temperature in a state in which carbon dioxide is absorbed, and can greatly lower the costs required for carbon dioxide absorption; and a method for separating out carbon dioxide by using same.
