Rapid intelligentized design and production of thematic map

Based on the demand of intellectualized and fast designing thematic map,this article brought forward a pattern propelled by constructing the intelligentized knowledge base of thematic map to rapid design a thematic map.The author also redefined the conceptions of knowledge and knowledge base in this pattern after analyzing both the same conceptions of other domain and the feature of this subject.The paper,based on the design of the Henan Provincial Traffic Map with hybrid representation and the new feature of this knowledge base,constructed the framework of the design of thematic map knowledge base and expatiated detailedly.
