The invention relates to preparation and drinking methods of burdock scented tea which is prepared from burdock root and scented tea. Based on 100 grams as a preparation unit, the burdock scented tea comprises the following components by weight: 80-90 grams of burdock root and 10-20 grams of scented tea. The preparation method of the burdock scented tea comprises the following seven steps of: screening the materials, cleaning and splitting the materials, drying and baking the materials, sorting the materials, crushing the materials, packaging finished products, and encasing the products. The drinking method of the burdock scented tea comprises the following steps of: putting a bag of burdock scented tea into a teapot; brewing the burdock scented tea with hot water at 90-95 DEG C, wherein the brewing for the first time lasts 40 seconds, the brewing for the second time lasts 20 seconds, and the brewing for the third time lasts 30 seconds; and directly drinking the burdock scented tea after the burdock scented tea is brewed for 7-8 times. The burdock scented tea has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, clearing damp, balancing blood pressure, regulating blood lipids, preventing ageing, strengthening body immunity, eliminating toxin and beautifying skin, can not only be applied to daily health care to achieve the purpose of preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, apoplexy and cancers, but also assist in treatment on patients with the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, has a remarkable effect when being taken according to the course of treatment, and is a good item for diet therapy and health maintenance.
