The analysis of psychosocial factors in the teaching labor sector in the canton of La Mana and its impact on teaching in times of pandemic is the subject of current interest given a social need for prevention and the ability to counteract the negative effects of psychosocial factors such as stress. From this perspective, this study is of great importance and relevance, considering that it addresses the issue of stress in teaching work and academic efficiency. Knowing the sources of stress, identifying psychosocial risks as prerequisites for preventive management, bases the investigative work to limit and control the causes that lead to stressful situations that largely condition the productivity of the teaching action, in the face of states of tension and pressures beyond the capabilities of human talent.
