A method for advanced wastewater treatment combined with chemical coagulation processes and the system

2012
PURPOSE: An advanced wastewater treatment system and a method thereof are provided to have an effective simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect by maximizing the phosphorus release, and to be able to remarkably reduce the coagulant consumption amount. CONSTITUTION: An advanced wastewater treatment system comprises a pre-settling inflow distribution bath(100), an inflow controlling means(120), a first anoxic zone bath(200) in an anoxic condition, a second anoxic zone bath(210) in an anaerobic condition, an aerobic bath(300), and a membrane bath(500). The pre-settling inflow distribution bath stores flowing in wastewater, and mixes and aggregates coagulants. The inflow control means supplies the wastewater passing through the pre-settling inflow distribution bath to the first and second anoxic zone baths alternatively. The wastewater passed through the first or second anoxic zone bath flows into the aerobic bath. The membrane bath removes microorganism flocs in the wastewater passed through the aerobic bath.
