An improved differential medium for cellulose decomposing microorganisms

After one cultivation periods,the colonies of cellulose decompose microorganisms which were cultivated by CMC-Na and glucose as the carbon sources were surrounded by some distinct red zones in the medium after Congo red coloration and NaOH washing.The size of hydroids had linearity relationship with enzyme activity.Mycelium grew quickly and the transparent cycle of hydrolysis was clear compared with traditional methods.
