Substituted 1-naphthyl-3-pyrazolecarboxamide which is active on neurotensin, preparation thereof and pharmaceutical composition containing the same

1994
PURPOSE: To provide new substituted 1-naphthyl-3-pyrazolecarboxamides useful in treating neurotensin dependence diseases, e.g. neuropsychiatric disorders and malignant neoplastic diseases. CONSTITUTION: The objective substituted 1-naphthyl-3-pyrazolecarboxamides are represented by formula I [wherein R is CN, C(NH 2 )=N-OH, C(NR 4 R 5 )=NR 6 , CONR 1 R 2 , CH 2 CH, SO 2 NR 1 R 2 or the like (wherein R 1 and R 2 are each H, a 1-4C alkyl or R 1 and R 2 form, jointly with N to which they are bonded, a heterocylic ring such as pyrrolidine and piperidine; R 4 and R 5 are each H or a 1-4C alkyl; and R 6 is a 1-4C alkyl); T is H, a 1-4C alkyl, allyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, 3-8C cycloalkylmethyl or methoxyethyl; and -NH-AA(OH) is a group of formula II (wherein X is H; X' is H, a 1-5C alkyl, non-aromatic 3-15C carbon ring or X and X', jointly with the C to which they are bonded, form a non-aromatic 3-15C carbon ring)] and include, e.g. 2-[5-(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-(4-formamide-1- naphthyl)-3-pyrazolylcarbonylamino]-2-adamantanecarboxylic acid.
