Atlanto‐axial subluxation in Down's syndrome

Summary A case of atlanto-axial subluxation in a patient with Down's syndrome is described. The gradual deterioration in the patient's locomotor ability caused a delay in diagnosis. Patterns of presentation of this condition are discussed.
