Method of conducting immunochromatographic assay based on reversible immobilisation of immunoreagents in magnetic field

2013
FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and specifically to a method of conducting immunochromatographic assay. The method includes detecting colloidal marker-coloured specific antigen-antibody complexes on the surface of a working membrane. The method employs reversible immobilisation of immunoreagents in analytical zones of the working membrane, for which immunospecific reagents are conjugated with magnetic nanosized carriers and held in the analytical zones with application of a magnetic field, which enables to eliminate limitations on immobilisation of reagents on working membranes and perform a specific reaction outside the testing strip. EFFECT: present invention provides the best detection and evaluation of results, and improves sensitivity of the method. 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
