Padding for manufacturing a refractory product, comprising the following components: 1.1 at least 50 mass% of a basic component of alumina in the form of one or more of the following components: corundum melting corundum sintering and clay calcined alumina; 1.2 at least 0.5 mass% of at least one of the following components silicate: kaolin, metakaolin, fireclay, pyrophyllite, calcined bauxite, mullite or zirconium; 1.3 A carbon component.
