A Primary Investigation into the Environmental Justice System of the United States

The Environmental Justice has basically formed itself as a legal system in U.S.A. It has played an important role in the protection of environment and the realization of social justice in the States. And especially, it had immeasurable influence on ensuring the environmental interests of the minorities and people with low-incomes. The article, by introducing the connotation of environmental justice of U.S.A., analyses its legislation foundation and explores its application methods. And thus, the author hopes it will provide reference to the implementation of the sustainable development strategy and the construction of the resources-economized and environment-friendly society.
