Esd protective structure and method for producing same

Provided is an ESD protective structure that controls product variations in ESD discharge responsiveness and variations in ESD discharge responsiveness due to repeated discharge. Also provided is a method for producing the same. And ESD protected device (1) comprises a laminated alumina substrate (2), a hollow part (3), discharge electrode pair (4), auxiliary discharge electrodes (6A, 6B), and a glass-like substance (7). The hollow part (3) is provided inside of the laminated alumina substrate (2). The discharge electrode pair (4) is provided facing the interface between the hollow part (3) and the laminated alumina substrate (2). The auxiliary discharge electrodes (6A, 6B) are dispersed and disposed between the opposed electrodes of the discharge electrode pair (4). The glass-like substance (7) covers the auxiliary discharge electrodes (6A, 6B) within the hollow part (3). Test discharge is carried out with this constitution, and creeping discharge arises between the electrodes of the discharge electrode pair (4) in advance.
