International Cultural Order:Theories Discussion and Historical Analyses

There is much disputation on the international cultural order in the present academic circles.The article tries to analyze the concept of the international cultural order and the nature from the theory and history of the international cultural order.On the base of this,it analyzes the historical evolvement of the international cultural order,and concludes three characters of the different international cultural order's phases.
