Determination of Aspartame in Food by HPLC

The aspartame in food were extracted by water and determined by HPLC with VWD(210nm) on the ODS-3 column using elution of KH2PO4 solution and acetonitrile(85∶15) for separation.The linear range is in the range of 1.0—50.0μg/mL with correlation coefficient0.999.It is suitable for daily testing.
