Plain butt welding process for high-strength hull structural steel

The butt welding process is characterized in that effective specifications for bevel for welding, weld preheating, welding temperature, welding sequence, welding variables and after-welding cold treatment are provided. The plain butt welding process has the advantages of enabling the process of welding a super-thin high strength steel plate to be implemented smoothly, improving the operating efficiency, saving the raw materials, reducing the production cost, reducing the shipbuilding period, and filling a domestic technical blank on the welding of a high strength thick hull structural steel (CCSE69040mm).
