Device for collection of strong electron affinity particles

2008
A device for collecting highly electron affinic particles, particularly explosive particles, from a gas comprises a flow channel (12a) in which at least one electrically positive collector electrode (20a) and at least one ionizing electrode (18a) are arranged, between which there is an electric field, so that the strong electron affinity particles by corona discharge to the ionizing electrode (18a) indirectly charged and the collector electrode (20a) are movable.
