Выбор материала подложки в экспериментах по спектроскопии гигантского комбинационного рассеяния

2014
Effect of surface-enhanced Raman scattering attracts the interest of the researchers more and more in recent years. The prospects of application of this phenomenon in different scientific fields are due to the vast variety of proposed SERS registration techniques. Basically, research is focused on the development of active substrates, whereas the question of the substrate material influence for SERS study is not described properly. In this paper we present a comparison of the various available substrates for SERS studies in coagulated sols of gold and silver described: soda-lime glass (microscope slide), quartz glass, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, aluminum foil. It was found that SERS spectra obtained on aluminum foil as the support possess the lowest background signal.
