Sustainable Hydropower Development Research in China —Based on Tripartite Evolutionary Game

Hydropower is clean and renewable energy source. While hydropower development can bring economic benefits, it causes migration and environment problems. In order to balance the conflict between the interests of all parties in the process of hydropower development, this paper uses the replication dynamics analysis method of evolutionary game theory to study the relationship among hydropower developers, immigrants and ecological environment during the hydropower development. This paper establishes a tripartite payment matrix and analytical dynamic equations to solve stability strategies of three parties in different conditions. According to the stabilization strategy of game results, some suggestions will be put forward for the sustainable hydropower development.
