ANALISIS KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI PENAMBAHAN ARMADA TAKSI PADA PT CITRA PERDANA KENDEDES MALANG

This study aims to determine the condition of taxi service requests and feasibility of investment plan fixed asset increase in taxi fleet PT Citra Perdana Kendedes Malang. Methods of data collection used are observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis results show that the number of requests in 2018-2023 has increased from the previous year so it is necessary to add 18 units of Avanza. Assessment of the investigation made the result that the investment plan is feasible to be implemented. The calculation result using Payback Period method shows less than the investment age is 2 years 5 days. The result of Net Present Value (NPV) method is greater than zero which is Rp 3,009,241,654. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) method generates a value of 46.175%, so this investment is eligible for IRR> interest rate (i), ie 9.95%. Based on the calculation and appraisal, it can be concluded that the investment plan for the addition of taxi fleet at PT Citra Perdana Kendedes is feasible to be implemented.
