Bamboo charcoal sponge cushion and making method thereof

The invention relates to an accessory of seating or sleeping arrangement and the method for making same, belonging to light industrial product field, which in detail is a method for preparing bamboo charcoal sponge cushion. It is characterized in that it comprises bamboo charcoal and sponge, and the said sponge is filled with some bamboo charcoal. The preparing process comprises: opening several cavities on the workblank of sponge cushion, filling the cavities with bamboo charcoal particles or powder, and sealing it with a sealing layer; or packing bamboo charcoal particles or powder with nonwoven fabrics first, then fixing it in the foaming model for foaming together with sponge, finally, packing it with a bedding plane outside. The invention is characterized by simple structure, convenient preparation, outstanding effect for deodorization, antibiosis and drying, and low price.
