Sealing plug for electrodeposition coating and electrodeposition coating method using the same

The present invention relates to a sealing plug for electro-deposition coating which uniformly electro-deposition coating the outer surface of a component with an internal hollow unit vertically penetrated through and an electro-deposition coating method using the same. The sealing plug for electro-deposition coating according to the present invention includes a first plug member fitted into the upper part of the hollow unit of the component; and a second plug member fitted into the lower side of the hollow unit. A first coupling unit is formed on the lower part of the first plug member, and a second coupling unit is formed on the upper part of the second plug member. The first coupling unit of the first plug member and the second coupling unit of the second plug member are screw-joined by female and male screw units. A first sealing member is installed on the first coupling unit of the first plug member, and a second sealing unit is installed on the second coupling unit of the second plug member.
