De Haas-van Alphen effect in In2Bi

Abstract We report de Haas-van Alphen measurements in the intermetallic compound In 2 Bi in magnetic fields up to 15T. At least three dHvA frequency branches could be followed continuously at all field directions indicating three ellipsoid-type pieces of the Fermi surface. The largest two ellipsoids are likely located along the Brillouin zone edge HK.
