Temperature-controllable PEA (phenethylamine) space charge testing device

2010
The utility model belongs to the technical field of high voltage and insulation, and particularly relates to a temperature-controllable PEA (phenethylamine) space charge testing device. The testing device consists of an upper electrode, a lower electrode, a space charge acquisition channel and a temperature control measurement unit. The groove-shaped lower electrode is embedded in a lower electrode insulation partition board, the lower electrode insulation partition board is embedded in a lower electrode partition board to form the lower electrode, a piezoelectric sensor is attached onto the lower surface of the groove-shaped lower electrode to acquire space charge, piezoelectric signals transmitted by an organic glass column coated with a metal film are displayed by an oscilloscope, a heating ring of the temperature control measurement unit is wrapped on the outer side surface of the groove-shaped lower electrode to heat the groove-shaped lower electrode so as to provide a temperature field for samples, and a platinum resistor is embedded in the bottom surface of the groove-shaped lower electrode to measure temperatures of the samples and is connected with a computer via a temperature measurer. The temperature-controllable PEA space charge testing device can measure dielectric space charge at different temperatures, realizes that characteristics of the dielectric space charge are researched under combined action of an electric field and the temperature field, and is particularly applicable to testing and researching electrician insulation materials.
