Research on Xiaomi’s Internationalized Business Model

As a
young technology-based company, Xiaomi’s international business continues to
develop and grow. This article studies the international business model of
Xiaomi. Through the analysis of the motivations of Xiaomi’s
internationalization, this paper obtains the reasons for Xiaomi’s entry into
the international market. We also study the choice of target market, the mode of entering the target market and the marketing strategy in the process of
Xiaomi’s internationalization. Finally,
it summarizes Xiaomi’s internationalization experience and puts forward
enlightenment.
