"İnşaat ve Enerji Sektöründe Beton Direk Üretimi Planlamasına Örnek Bir Model Önerisi: Tamsayılı Doğrusal Programlama"

2006
Achieving efficiency in production to a great extend requires planning production activities in a way that fits into companies’ goals. In order to achieve the goals in production planning, different models that could take many criteria up to the most desired level and provide the firm with the optimal utility, could be suggested. This study, informed also by the existing literature about the subject, considers the Integer Linear programming (ILP) method and its applicability to production activities. Whether the (ILP) method might have important results for production planning or not is studied in a company that operates in the concrete pile production. In the model, as variables, the sort of piles, the numbers and features of the patterns, the production methods, the labour costs of middle-men, and the capacity and production programs are used. The paper concludes that the (ILP) model is an advantageous mathematical model that enables us to explore the levels in which the capacity of the production tends to be maximum.
