The invention discloses an implantable intelligent in-vivo drug use control device. The implantable intelligent in-vivo drug use control device comprises at least one drug storage bag, a drug adding mechanism of which the number is the same with the number of the drug storage bag, a drug conveying pipe, a programmed switch, a loading plate, a drug infusion pump, a first electronic control system, a first power supply, a second electronic control system and a second power supply; the first power supply, the first electronic control system, the drug storage bag, the drug inlet section of the drug conveying pipe, the controlled section provided with the drug conveying pipe, the programmed switch and the loading plate of the drug infusion pump are encapsulated in at least one box body. When using, the implantable intelligent in-vivo drug use control device is embedded under the skin of a patient, the drug adding mechanism is embedded under the skin of the patient, and the drug outlet section of the drug conveying pipe is arranged in the abdominal cavity, chest, skull and muscle, under the skin or the like; the second electronic control system is located outside the patient body and used for sending a drug conveying command and receiving and displaying the drug conveying information.
