The paper considers a mechanical model of the system constituting a ring tube formed by two surfaces of coaxial cylindrical shells interacting with viscous incompressible liquid. The mathematical model of the given system presents a partial differential equation describing the dynamics of the viscous incompressible liquid and elastic ridge shell together with the boundary conditions.
