The invention relates to the technical field of conductive coatings and aims at providing a preparation method of aluminum oxide sol composite slurry. The method comprises the following steps of adding a dispersing agent into nanometer aluminum oxide sol, and stirring at the rate of 1000-1200r/min for 10 minutes; then, adding nanometer tin dioxide powder while stirring, and continuing to stir for 0.5 hour; and next, sequentially adding nanometer silver powder and nanometer copper powder, and continuing to stir for 1 hour until the nanometer silver powder and the nanometer copper powder are uniformly dispersed to obtain the aluminum oxide sol composite slurry. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process; raw materials are relatively low in cost and available; and the large-scale industrial production is easily realized. A conductive coating prepared from the aluminum oxide sol composite slurry has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, hydrophobicity, high conductivity and pollution resistance.
