Recent Development of Boron Carbon Nitride Material

Boron carbon nitride(BCN) materials are expected to play an important role in the industrial and optical-electric application because of the excellent mechanical,optical,electric and other properties.The study on boron carbon nitride (BCN) materials is briefly introduced with the preparation and characterization methods of the materials,the configuration,the properties,and the device potential applications in this paper.Combined with the research work of our team,the structure of materials and the superhard property are described in focus.
