Indanylamine an acylated according to the general formula (I) in any of its stereoisomeric forms or a mixture thereof in any ratio or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 is H, halogen or C1-C4 alkyl; R2 and R3 are each H; R4 is, independently, the same meaning as R1; A and B are each CH2; R5 is phenyl or a Hetar group, two of which can be unsubstituted or can carry one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of: F; Cl; Br, C1-C3 alkyl; C1-C3-methyl; 2-amino-3,3,3-trifluoropropyl; CF3, alcan C3-C5-diyl; phenyl; heteroaryl; benzyl; heteroaryl-methyl; OH; C1-C3 alkoxy, phenoxy; trifluoromethoxy; 2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy; (C1-C4) COO; (C1-C3) mercapto; phenylmercapto; (C1-C3) alkylsulfonyl; phenylsulfonyl; NH2; (C1-C4 alkyl) amino; di (C1-C4 alkyl) amino; (C1-C3) -CONH-; (C1-C3) -SO2NH-; (C1-C3) -CO; phenyl-CO; -OCH2O-; -OCF2O-; -CH2CH2O-; COO (C1-C4); -CONH2; -CONH (C1-C4); -CON (Di (C1-C4)); CN; -SO2NH2; -SO2NH (C1-C4); -SO 2 N (di (C1-C4)); pyrrolidinyl; piperidinyl; morpholinyl; and thiomorpholinyl; wherein all heteroaryl, phenyl, groups containing heteroaryl-containing and phenyl which are optionally present in the said substituents of said phenyl or said group Hetar, can be substituted by one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, CN, C1-C3, OH, C1-C3 alkyl and CF3; heteroaryl is an aromatic heterocycle selected from the group consisting of: pyrrolyl, thienyl, tiazoiilo, pyrazolyl, imidazolyl, pyridazinyl, pyrazinyl, pyridyl and pyrimidinyl; the group Hetar is an aromatic heterocycle selected from the group consisting of: furyl, pyrrolyl, thienyl, tlazolilo, isothiazolyl, oxazolyl, isoxazolyl, pyrazolyl, imidazolyl, pyridazinyl, pyrazinyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, benzoimidazolyl, benzthiazolyl, benzoxazolyl, quinolinyl, isoquinolinyl, quinoxalinyl, quinazolyl, indolyl, benzofuranyl, benzodioxolyl, benzothiophenyl and indazolyl; provided that, if R1, R2, R3 and R4 are all H, R5 is not unsubstituted phenyl, pyridyl unsubstituted, monosubstituted with halogen, 5-chloro-2-ethoxyphenyl, 5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl, 5-bromo-2-methoxyphenyl or quinoxalin-2-yl; if R5 is phenyl, R1 is not methyl.
