PENGARUH LOYALITAS, KEMAMPUAN DAN PARTISIPASI TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN UNIVERSITAS SERAMBI MEKKAH BANDA ACEH

Achievement of the agency or organization does not depend only modern equipment, facilities and infrastructure, but even more dependent on human resources to perform these jobs. Therefore, the quality of human resource is performing his job and is able to provide a good work or has the performance as required by the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of loyalty, ability and participation either partially or simultaneously to the lecturer of Serambi Mekkah University in Banda Aceh, as well as to determine the most dominant factor affecting the performance of the lecturer in the University of Serambi Mekkah in Banda Aceh. The population in this study were all full-time lecturers in 216 lecturers at the University of Serambi Mekkah in Banda Aceh and the number of samples used are as many as 118 respondents out of a totality population obtained by the Slovin Formula. Multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0,864 means that the level of relationship between the dependent and independent variables is 86,4% meaning that loyalty, ability and participation in improving the performance of closely associated lecturer at the University of Serambi Mekkah in Banda Aceh, and the coefficient of multiple determination (R2) is 0,767 means that 76,6% of the changes in faculty performance variables can be explained by the variable loyalty, ability and participation. F-test significance level of 0,000 and Fvalue (3,2380)> F (2,3053), mean variable loyalty, ability and participation together to increase significantly influence the performance of the lecturer. Based on these results, the Ho is rejected and HA is accepted. Thus the hypothesis that the variable loyalty, and the ability to simultaneously work participation affect the performance of the faculty at the University of Serambi Mekkah in Banda Aceh.
