The device comprises a liquid crystal panel with N pixels, and a video controller capable of controlling display content of the liquid crystal panel; and the video controller displays a normal picture in modes that p is equal to n-m, p is equal to n+m and p is equal to n (n is more than m), and makes the normal picture reciprocate between p, n p and n pixels.
